GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introductory provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”)Terms of Service”) ONE LOFT HUNGARY Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Service provider”), which contains the terms and conditions related to the organization and conduct of pigeon competitions, as well as the related services and sales activities.
The scope of the GTC extends to the Service Provider and the persons using the services (hereinafter referred to as: “User”), in particular:
a) breeders entering pigeon competitions (hereinafter referred to as “Breeder"),
b) as well as buyers involved in the sale of pigeons (hereinafter referred to as “Customer")
to the legal relationship between.
The GTC regulates in particular: the conditions of participation in pigeon competitions, the rules for paying and using the entry fee, the management of the prize fund, the provisions for the transfer and keeping of pigeons, and the agency relationship for the sale of pigeons.

These GTC are written in Hungarian and English (in case of any difference of interpretation, the Hungarian version shall prevail) and are available electronically on the Service Provider's official website. The GTC is accepted electronically, in particular by entering, paying the entry fee, handing over the pigeon or by indicating such behavior by using the service.
The User acknowledges that by accepting the GTC, a legally binding contract is created between the Service Provider and the User. The Service Provider does not provide a separate written contract.
2. Subject and use of the service
2.1. The purpose of the services provided by the Service Provider is to organize and conduct pigeon competitions and to provide additional services related to them.
2.2. The Service Provider's activities include in particular the following:
2.2.1. announcing and conducting pigeon competitions based on individual competition announcements,
2.2.2. providing the infrastructure necessary for the competition (especially pigeon lofts),
2.2.3. housing, care and training of pigeons,
2.2.4. determining the results of competitions,
2.2.5. management and distribution of prize funds,
2.2.6. and mediating the sale of winning pigeons.
2.3. The detailed rules of specific competitions are always contained in the individual competition notice related to the given competition, which forms an inseparable part of these GTC. If there is a discrepancy between the provisions of the individual competition notice and these GTC, the provisions of the individual competition notice shall prevail for the given competition.
2.4. The Service Provider is entitled to act as an agent, on behalf of the Breeder, during the sale of pigeons that have achieved a place in the competition. In this context, the Service Provider provides an auction platform for potential buyers, on which buyers can bid for pigeons owned by the Breeders. The purchase contract resulting from the auction is concluded directly between the Breeder and the Buyer, the Service Provider participates in the legal transaction only as an intermediary and does not become a party to the purchase contract.
2.5. The Breeder is entitled to use the service by entering the pigeon, paying the entry fee and handing over the pigeon to the Service Provider.
2.6. The entry becomes final upon confirmation by the Service Provider.
2.7. Registration is required to use the services – including participation in competitions, bidding on winning pigeons and purchasing them. The User – including the Breeder and the Buyer – is obliged to provide true and accurate data during registration, in particular the data necessary for billing, contact and participation in the competition. The Service Provider is entitled to restrict or delete the access of Users who provide false or incomplete data.
2.8. The Buyer acknowledges that registration and bidding on the auction platform are a condition for purchasing the winning pigeons, and that the purchase contract resulting from the auction is concluded directly between the Breeder and the Buyer, the Service Provider acting solely as an agent (broker).
3. Entry fee, prize pool and payment terms
3.1. The Breeder is obliged to pay an entry fee for participation in the competition.
3.2. The specific amount of the entry fee, the number of pigeons that can be entered, the entry packages, and the conditions for receiving and replacing pigeons are always included in the individual competition announcement for the given competition.
3.3. The entry fee consists of two parts:
3.3.1. from the fee portion constituting the consideration for the services provided by the Service Provider (in particular: maintenance, care, training, competition organization),
3.3.2. and from the contribution to the prize fund.
3.4. The entry fee is paid based on a fee request, based on which the Breeder is obliged to pay the full entry fee - including the service fee and the payment to the prize fund.
3.5. The Service Provider issues an invoice for the service fee, the payment deadline of which is 8 days.
3.6. The Breeder acknowledges that the amount paid into the prize fund does not qualify as the Service Provider's income, it is managed separately by the Service Provider, and it is distributed solely based on the announcement of the given competition.
3.7. During the registration process, the Service Provider may also require the payment of an advance payment, which is part of the registration fee.
3.8. The User acknowledges that the results achieved in competitions within the framework of the service provided by the Service Provider depend on the actual performance of the pigeons, and participation does not provide a guaranteed result or prize. The Service Provider's activity is competition organization and related intermediary services, which do not qualify as gambling.
3.9. The payment into the prize fund does not constitute consideration for the service provided by the Service Provider, it is handled separately by the Service Provider, and no invoice will be issued for it, only a receipt.
4. Delivery, keeping and risk bearing of pigeons
4.1. The Breeder hands over the pigeons to the Service Provider for the purpose of participation in the competition.
4.2. With the transfer of the pigeons, ownership does not transfer to the Service Provider; the owner of the pigeons remains the Breeder at all times.
4.3. The Service Provider takes over the pigeons for the purpose of preservation, care and competition. A legal relationship of a custodial nature is established between the parties with respect to the pigeons.
4.4. The Service Provider undertakes to keep, care for, train and prepare the pigeons for the competition in accordance with professional expectations.
4.5. The Breeder acknowledges that pigeons are living animals whose behavior, performance and health cannot be fully controlled, and that unforeseen events may occur during keeping, training and competing.
4.6. The Breeder expressly acknowledges that keeping, training and competing pigeons involves increased risk, which in particular - but not exclusively - includes the loss, injury, death of the pigeon, attack by a predator, adverse weather conditions, diseases or other circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.
4.7. The Service Provider – with the exception of intentional or grossly negligent damage – does not assume liability for damages resulting from the events specified in point 4.6.
4.8. The Breeder declares that the named pigeons are healthy, do not suffer from infectious diseases and are suitable for racing.
4.9. The Service Provider is entitled to isolate sick, suspected of being infected or unfit for racing pigeons or to exclude them from the competition. The Service Provider is not responsible for the consequences resulting from this.
4.10. The Breeder acknowledges that the possibility and conditions for replacing pigeons – including in particular the deadlines and any obligation to pay a fee – are specified in the individual competition announcement for the given competition.
5. Conduct of the competition
5.1. Competitions are always conducted based on the individual competition regulations for the given competition.
5.2. The Service Provider is entitled to change the conditions of the competition, postpone or cancel the competition, if justified in particular by weather conditions, animal health reasons or other unavoidable external reasons (force majeure).
5.3. The Service Provider determines the results of the competition based on the available data and measurement systems.
5.4. The Breeder acknowledges that technical errors may occur during the operation of the measurement and data processing systems, which cannot be completely ruled out.
5.5. In any dispute regarding the results of the competition, except in the case of obvious error, the decision of the Service Provider shall prevail.
5.6. The Service Provider is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the results of the competition, for any failure to meet the expected performance or for the individual performance of the pigeons.
5.7. The prize fund will be distributed to the Breeders who achieve the desired position based on the individual competition announcement of the given competition.
5.8. All tax and contribution payment obligations related to the prizes are the responsibility of the winning Breeder.
6. Sale of winning pigeons (agency relationship)
6.1. The Breeder acknowledges that the pigeons that have achieved a place in the competition will be sold. The Service Provider, on behalf of the Breeder, acts as an agent during the sale and provides an auction platform for potential buyers, on which buyers can bid for the pigeons.
6.2. As a result of the auction, the purchase contract is concluded directly between the Breeder and the Buyer, and the ownership of the pigeon is transferred from the Breeder to the Buyer. The Service Provider participates in the legal transaction only as an intermediary and does not become a party to the purchase contract.
6.3. After payment of the purchase price, the Service Provider, based on the Breeder's instructions, assists in the delivery and transport of the pigeon to the Buyer.
6.4. If the pigeon is not sold, the Service Provider is obliged to return the pigeon to the Breeder in accordance with the applicable conditions.
6.5. The Service Provider does not become the owner of the pigeon under any circumstances and is not considered a seller.
6.6. By killing (purchasing) the pigeon, the Buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price.
6.7. The Buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price within 8 days of the auction.
6.8. If the Buyer fails to fulfill his payment obligation, he is obliged to reimburse the Breeder and the Service Provider for the full damage incurred as a result, as well as all costs incurred.
6.9. The Service Provider is entitled to conduct sales in accordance with the sales mechanism determined by the Service Provider related to the competition.
6.10. The Breeder acknowledges that the selling price of the pigeon is determined on a market basis, over which the Service Provider has no full influence.
6.11. The Service Provider is not responsible for the amount of the available purchase price or the Buyer's solvency.
7. Commission and settlement
7.1. The Service Provider is entitled to a brokerage commission in connection with the sale of the pigeon.
7.2. The amount of the commission is included in the individual agreement concluded with the Breeder.
7.3. The purchase price is legally the property of the Breeder, and the Service Provider is entitled to receive it in the name and for the benefit of the Breeder, regardless of whether the financial payment is made through the Service Provider.
7.4. During the sale of the pigeon, based on the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Breeder, the purchase price is considered the Breeder's income; the Service Provider issues an invoice exclusively for its intermediary commission.
7.5. After the sale is closed, the Service Provider prepares a settlement, within the framework of which:
7.5.1. deducts the commission from the purchase price received,
7.5.2. pays the remaining amount to the Breeder.
7.6. The Service Provider is entitled to withhold payment until the purchase price has been paid in full by the Buyer.
7.7. After a successful sale, the Buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price and take delivery of the pigeon according to the specified conditions.
7.8. The delivery and transport of pigeons is carried out in accordance with the agreement between the Breeder and the Buyer, as well as the special conditions published by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may assist in organizing the transport, however, the responsibility for the transport lies solely with the parties involved in the given legal relationship.
8. Exclusion and limitation of liability
8.1. The Service Provider provides its services in accordance with the requirements of professional care, but does not assume responsibility for the performance of the pigeons, the results of the competition, the failure to receive the prize, or the failure to achieve the results expected by the User.
8.2. The Service Provider – subject to the provisions of Chapter 4 – is not liable for any damages resulting from the loss, injury, death of pigeons or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.
8.3. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from any errors, malfunctions or inaccuracies of the technical systems used during the competition.
8.4. The Service Provider assumes no liability in connection with the sale of winning pigeons, in particular:
8.4.1. for the amount of the available purchase price,
8.4.2. for the development of market demand,
8.4.3. and the Buyer's solvency.
8.5. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the inaccuracy, incompleteness or false content of the data provided by the User.
8.6. The Service Provider's liability for lost profits and indirect damages is excluded in all cases.
8.7. The exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this chapter do not apply to intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the Service Provider or to cases in which the exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.
8.8. The Service Provider is not responsible for any errors or outages in the operation of the website, as well as for access problems resulting from the internet connection or third-party services.
9. Data management and data protection
9.1. The Service Provider processes personal data obtained during the provision of services in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the relevant Hungarian legislation.
9.2. The detailed rules of data management are contained in the data management information published on the Service Provider's website.
9.3. By accepting the GTC, the User declares that he/she has read the data management information, has acknowledged and accepts its content.
10. Complaints handling
10.1. The User may submit any complaints regarding the service to the Service Provider in writing.
10.2. The complaint can be submitted:
10.2.1. by email to info@derbyhungary.hu at,
10.2.2. or by post to the registered office of the Service Provider.
10.3. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to the complaint within 30 days.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1. These GTC are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
11.2. The parties intend to resolve disputes primarily through peaceful means.
11.3. If this is unsuccessful, the Hungarian court with jurisdiction and competence shall proceed.
12. Final provisions
12.1. These GTC enter into force on the date of publication on the Service Provider's website.
12.2. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC, which it shall inform the Users about on its website.
12.3. In matters not regulated in these GTC, the provisions of the effective Hungarian legislation shall apply.
13. Intellectual property rights
13.1. The entire website, its graphic elements, texts and technical solutions are protected by copyright.
13.2. Any use, copying or distribution of the content of the website is possible only with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) set out the terms and conditions related to the organization and conduct of pigeon races, as well as the related services and sales activities provided by ONE LOFT HUNGARY Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider
The scope of this GTC extends to the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the persons using the services (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), in particular:
a) breeders entering pigeons into the races (hereinafter referred to as: “Breeder"),
b) as well as purchasers participating in the sale of pigeons (hereinafter referred to as: “Buyer
and the legal relationships between them.
This GTC regulates, in particular: the conditions for participation in pigeon races, the rules governing the payment and use of the entry fee, the management of the prize fund, the provisions relating to the handover and keeping of pigeons, as well as the agency relationship concerning the sale of pigeons.

Acceptance of this GTC takes place electronically, in particular by way of implied conduct, including but not limited to registration, payment of the entry fee, handover of the pigeons, or use of the services.
The User acknowledges that by accepting this GTC, a legally binding agreement is concluded between the Service Provider and the User. The Service Provider does not provide a separate written contract.
2. Subject and Use of the Services
2.1. The purpose of the services provided by the Service Provider is to organize and conduct pigeon races, as well as to provide related ancillary services.
2.2. The activities of the Service Provider include, in particular, the following:
2.2.1. the announcement and conduct of pigeon races based on individual race specifications,
2.2.2. the provision of the infrastructure necessary for the races (in particular pigeon lofts),
2.2.3. the housing, care, and training of pigeons,
2.2.4. the determination of the results of the races,
2.2.5. the management and distribution of the prize fund,
2.2.6. as well as the facilitation of the sale of winning pigeons.
2.3. The detailed rules of each specific race are set out in the individual race specifications applicable to that race, which form an integral part of this GTC. In the event of any discrepancy between the individual race specifications and this GTC, the provisions of the individual race specifications shall prevail for the given race.
2.4. The Service Provider shall be entitled to act as an agent on the basis of the Breeder's authorization in connection with the sale of pigeons achieving placements in the race. Within this framework, the Service Provider provides an auction platform for potential buyers, where buyers may place bids on pigeons owned by the Breeders. As a result of the bidding process, the sale and purchase agreement shall be concluded directly between the Breeder and the Buyer, and the Service Provider shall participate in the transaction exclusively as an intermediary and shall not become a party to the sales contract.
2.5. The Breeder shall be entitled to use the services by entering the pigeon, paying the entry fee, and handing over the pigeon to the Service Provider.
2.6. The entry shall become final upon confirmation by the Service Provider.
2.7. Registration is required to use the services, including participation in races, as well as bidding on and purchasing winning pigeons. The User – including both the Breeder and the Buyer – shall be obliged to provide true and accurate data during registration, in particular data necessary for invoicing, communication, and participation in the race. The Service Provider shall be entitled to restrict or delete access for Users who provide false or incomplete data.
2.8. The Buyer acknowledges that registration and participation on the auction platform are prerequisites for purchasing winning pigeons, and that the sale and purchase agreement resulting from the bidding process shall be concluded directly between the Breeder and the Buyer, while the Service Provider acts solely as an agent (intermediary).
3. Entry fee, prize fund and payment terms
3.1. The Breeder shall be required to pay an entry fee for participation in the race.
3.2. The specific amount of the entry fee, the number of pigeons that may be entered, the entry packages, as well as the conditions for the acceptance and replacement of pigeons shall in all cases be set out in the individual race specifications applicable to the given race.
3.3. The entry fee consists of two components:
3.3.1. a fee component constituting the consideration for the services provided by the Service Provider (in particular: housing, care, training, and race organization),
3.3.2. as well as a contribution allocated to the prize fund.
3.4. The entry fee shall be paid on the basis of a payment request (pro forma invoice), on the basis of which the Breeder is obliged to pay the full entry fee, including both the service fee component and the contribution to the prize fund.
3.5. The Service Provider shall issue an invoice for the service fee component, the payment deadline of which shall be 8 days.
3.6. The Breeder acknowledges that the amount paid into the prize fund does not constitute revenue of the Service Provider, is managed separately by the Service Provider, and shall be distributed exclusively in accordance with the individual race specifications.
3.7. During the entry process, the Service Provider may require the payment of an advance, which shall form part of the entry fee.
3.8. The Users acknowledge that the results achieved in the races depend on the actual performance of the pigeons, and participation does not guarantee any specific result or prize. The Service Provider's activity constitutes race organization and related intermediary services and does not qualify as gambling.
3.9. The payment made into the prize fund shall not be considered consideration for services provided by the Service Provider; it shall be managed separately by the Service Provider, and no invoice shall be issued in respect thereof, only a receipt of acknowledgment shall be provided.
4. Handover, keeping and risk allocation of pigeons
4.1. For the purpose of participation in the race, the Breeder shall hand over the pigeons to the Service Provider.
4.2. By handing over the pigeons, ownership shall not transfer to the Service Provider; the Breeder shall remain the owner of the pigeons throughout the entire period.
4.3. The Service Provider shall take over the pigeons for the purposes of safekeeping, care, and racing. A custodial (deposit-like) legal relationship shall be established between the parties in respect of the pigeons.
4.4. The Service Provider undertakes to keep, care for, train, and prepare the pigeons for the race in accordance with professional standards.
4.5. The Breeder acknowledges that pigeons are living animals whose behavior, performance, and health condition cannot be fully controlled, and that unforeseen events may occur during their keeping, training, and racing.
4.6. The Breeder expressly acknowledges that the keeping, training, and racing of pigeons involve increased risks, which include, in particular but not limited to, the loss, injury, or death of the pigeons, attacks by predators, adverse weather conditions, diseases, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.
4.7. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from the events specified in Clause 4.6, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
4.8. The Breeder declares that the pigeons entered are healthy, do not suffer from any infectious disease, and are fit for racing.
4.9. The Service Provider shall be entitled to isolate pigeons that are ill, suspected of infection, or unfit for racing, and to exclude them from the race. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
4.10. The Breeder acknowledges that the possibility and conditions for the replacement of pigeons – including, in particular, deadlines and any applicable fees – shall be set out in the individual race specifications for the given race.
5. Conduct of the race
5.1. The conduct of the races shall in all cases be carried out in accordance with the individual race specifications applicable to the given race.
5.2. The Service Provider shall be entitled to modify the conditions of the conduct of the race, or to postpone or cancel the race, if justified in particular by weather conditions, animal health considerations, or other unavoidable external circumstances (force majeure).
5.3. The results of the race shall be determined by the Service Provider based on the available data and measurement systems.
5.4. The Breeder acknowledges that technical errors may occur in the operation of the measurement and data processing systems, which cannot be completely excluded.
5.5. In the event of disputes concerning the results of the race, the decision of the Service Provider shall be final, except in cases of manifest error.
5.6. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction with the results of the race, the failure to achieve expected performance, or the individual performance of the pigeons.
5.7. The prize fund shall be distributed to the Breeders achieving placements in accordance with the individual race specifications applicable to the given race.
5.8. All tax and social contribution obligations related to the prizes shall be borne by the winning Breeder.
6. Sale of winning pigeons (agency relationship)
6.1. The Breeder acknowledges that pigeons achieving placements in the race shall be sold. The Service Provider shall act as an agent on the basis of the Breeder's authorization and shall provide an auction platform for potential buyers, where buyers may place bids on the pigeons.
6.2. As a result of the bidding process, the sale and purchase agreement shall be concluded directly between the Breeder and the Buyer, and ownership of the pigeon shall transfer from the Breeder to the Buyer. The Service Provider shall participate in the transaction exclusively as an intermediary and shall not become a party to the sales contract.
6.3. Following payment of the purchase price, the Service Provider shall, based on the Breeder's instructions, assist in arranging the delivery and transfer of the pigeon to the Buyer.
6.4. If the pigeon is not sold, the Service Provider shall return the pigeon to the Breeder in accordance with the applicable conditions.
6.5. Under no circumstances shall the Service Provider become the owner of the pigeon, nor shall it be considered the seller.
6.6. By placing the winning bid (purchasing the pigeon), the Buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price.
6.7. The Buyer shall be obliged to pay the purchase price within 8 days from the date of the winning bid.
6.8. If the Buyer fails to fulfill its payment obligation, it shall be liable to compensate the Breeder and the Service Provider for the full amount of damages incurred as a result thereof, including all related costs.
6.9. The Service Provider shall be entitled to conduct the sale in accordance with the sales mechanism related to the race and determined by the Service Provider.
6.10. The Breeder acknowledges that the sale price of the pigeon is determined on a market basis, over which the Service Provider does not have full control.
6.11. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the level of the achievable purchase price or for the Buyer's ability to pay.
7. Commission and settlement
7.1. The Service Provider shall be entitled to an intermediary (agency) commission in connection with the sale of the pigeon.
7.2. The amount of the commission shall be specified in an individual agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the Breeder.
7.3. The purchase price shall legally be due to the Breeder; the Service Provider shall be entitled to receive it on behalf of and for the benefit of the Breeder, regardless of whether the financial transaction is carried out through the Service Provider.
7.4. In the course of the sale of the pigeon, based on the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Breeder, the purchase price shall constitute income of the Breeder; the Service Provider shall issue an invoice only for its intermediary commission.
7.5. Following the completion of the sale, the Service Provider shall prepare a settlement statement pursuant to which:
7.5.1. shall deduct the commission from the purchase price received,
7.5.2. shall pay the remaining amount to the Breeder.
7.6. The Service Provider shall be entitled to withhold payment until the purchase price has been paid in full by the Buyer.
7.7. Following a successful sale, the Buyer shall be obliged to pay the purchase price and take delivery of the pigeon in accordance with the specified conditions.
7.8. The handover and transport of the pigeons shall take place in accordance with the agreement between the Breeder and the Buyer and the separate conditions published by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may assist in organizing the transport; however, responsibility for the transport shall lie exclusively with the parties involved in the given legal relationship.
8. Limitation and exclusion of liability
8.1. The Service Provider shall provide its services in accordance with the requirements of professional diligence; however, it shall not be liable for the performance of the pigeons, the outcome of the race, the failure to obtain any prize, or the failure to achieve the results expected by the User.
8.2. The Service Provider - also taking into account the provisions of Section 4 - shall not be liable for damages arising from the loss, injury, or death of the pigeons, or from any other circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.
8.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from potential errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies of the technical systems used during the conduct of the race.
8.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable in connection with the sale of the winning pigeons, in particular for:
8.4.1. the level of the achievable purchase price,
8.4.2. changes in market demand,
8.4.3. and the Buyer's ability to pay.
8.5. The Service Provider shall also not be liable for any damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false data provided by the User.
8.6. The Service Provider's liability shall in all cases be excluded for loss of profit and indirect damages.
8.7. The exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this Section shall not apply to the Service Provider's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to cases where the exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.
8.8. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any malfunctions or interruptions in the operation of the website, nor for access issues arising from internet connectivity or third-party services.
9. Data processing and data protection
9.1. The Service Provider shall process personal data obtained in the course of providing its services in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), as well as the applicable Hungarian legislation.
9.2. The detailed rules of data processing are set out in the privacy notice published on the Service Provider's website.
9.3. By accepting this GTC, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the contents of the privacy notice.
10. Complaint handling
10.1. The User may submit any complaints related to the services in writing to the Service Provider.
10.2. A complaint may be submitted:
10.2.1. by email to info@derbyhungary.hu,
10.2.2. or by post in a letter sent to the Service Provider's registered office.
10.3. The Service Provider shall substantively investigate and respond to the complaint within 30 days.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
11.1. This GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
11.2. The parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes amicably.
11.3. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction.
12. Final provisions
12.1. This GTC shall enter into force on the date of publication on the Service Provider's website.
12.2. The Service Provider shall be entitled to unilaterally amend this GTC and shall inform Users of such amendments on its website.
12.3. Matters not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the applicable Hungarian laws.
13. Intellectual property rights
13.1. The website, including its graphical elements, texts, and technical solutions, is protected by copyright.
13.2. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of the content of the website is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
